Joining the HSE PTO costs just $15.00 for a family membership. 

 

How to Join

To join simply complete a membership form and return it with a check made payable to the HSE PTO.  You can drop it off at the PTO Box at the HSE Office or mail it to HSE with the words, “Attention HSE PTO” on the bottom left side of the envelope.
